Yet another ground breaking project for the company, proving our passion for innovation and faith into future technologies, this is the first in all the Balkan Peninsula automated parking station. At ground floor, customers leave their car into a slot and the automated system receives, transfers, stores and delivers back to the original position the car to the customer, without any human intervention using 8 lifts and a complex system of programmed robotic platforms. The total capacity of the parking is 1.100 spaces and the budget, at the time of construction was 35 million Euros (incl. VAT).
Furthermore, on the surface ground, public recreational facilities were built. A closed gym with a capacity of 1500 spectators as well as a sports warm-up runway, open tennis courts and parks with gardens and walkways.
